1. Introduction

Welcome to BenefitX.shop (“Platform”), an AI-driven e-commerce discovery engine operated by M53 Tech Labs FZC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing or using our website, Chrome extension, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Nature of Service

BenefitX is a technology intermediary and discovery platform. We utilise proprietary algorithms to curate product recommendations from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Noon).

• We are not a retailer: We do not stock, sell, ship, or handle returns for any physical products.
• Third-Party Links: Our service directs users to external marketplaces. Any transaction made is strictly between the User and the Third-Party Retailer.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as creating Curator Pages), you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Curator Program & Earnings

Users who register as “Curators” may earn commissions by sharing localised discovery pages.

• Commission Generation: Commissions are earned only on “Qualified Purchases” as defined and tracked by our affiliate partners (e.g., Amazon Associates, Impact, Admitad). The applicable commission rate varies by product category as defined by the affiliate partner.
• Revenue Share: BenefitX distributes 70% of the received commission to the Curator whose page generated the sale. BenefitX retains 30%.
• Attribution: We use Server-to-Server (S2S) tracking and Sub-IDs to attribute sales. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not liable for tracking failures caused by the Third-Party Retailer or the user’s browser settings (e.g. AdBlockers).
• Payout Threshold: Curators are eligible for payout once their confirmed earnings exceed $100 USD.
• Payment Terms: Payments are processed via bank transfer. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity (e.g. bot traffic, self-referrals, click farms) is detected.

5. Referral Programme

Curators may participate in the BenefitX Referral Programme by sharing their unique referral code or link, found in Settings → Refer a Friend.

• Eligibility: Any registered Curator with an active account may participate.
• Referral Bonus: When a referred Curator registers using your code and generates commission, you receive a referral bonus equal to 10% of the referred Curator’s monthly earnings. This bonus is funded by BenefitX from its own revenue share — the referred Curator’s 70% earnings are not affected.
• Monthly Condition: The referral bonus is calculated and paid monthly. The Referrer must have earned their own direct commission in the same calendar month for the bonus to apply.
• Monthly Cap: The referral bonus in any given month is capped at the Referrer’s own direct commission earnings in that same month. For example: if your direct earnings are AED 100 and your referrals generated a 10% pool of AED 300, your bonus is AED 100 (capped at your own earnings).
• One Level Only: Referral bonuses apply to direct referrals only. If Curator A refers Curator B, and Curator B refers Curator C, Curator A earns on B only — not on C.
• Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit on the number of Curators you may directly refer.
• Attribution Duration: Referral attribution is valid for 12 months from the date the referred Curator registers. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
• Abuse: The Company reserves the right to revoke referral bonuses and suspend accounts where self-referral, fake accounts, or other manipulation is detected.

6. Challenges & Competitions

BenefitX runs periodic challenges and competitions open to all active Curators.

First Page Challenge

Curators who publish their first page (minimum 10 products) and complete the required social sharing steps within the challenge window are eligible for the stated reward — currently a $50 Amazon Gift Card, limited to the first 20 qualifying Curators per calendar month.

• Eligibility: Participation requires a verified BenefitX account in good standing.
• Fair Play: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant using automated bots, click farms, or misleading advertising to manipulate results.
• Prize Delivery: Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted for a cash equivalent at the Company’s discretion.
• Changes: Challenge terms, reward amounts, and qualifying criteria may be updated at any time. The current terms will always be reflected on this page.

Top Curator iPhone Competition

• Prize: Latest iPhone (Pro model, entry-level configuration) at time of award.
• Competition Period: February 16, 2026 – June 30, 2026.
• Winner Announcement: End of June 2026.
• Eligibility: Curators who have earned a minimum of $200 in direct commission during the competition period. Direct commission only — referral bonuses and challenge rewards do not count towards eligibility or ranking.
• Winner Selection: The eligible Curator with the highest total direct commission at the end of the period wins.
• Tie-Breaking: In the event of a tie between two or more Curators at the top position, the competition is extended by one additional month for those tied Curators only. The winner is determined by the highest direct commission earned during the extension month.
• No Eligible Winner: If no Curator reaches the $200 minimum threshold by the end of the competition period, the competition resets as a fresh 3-month competition starting from zero, with a new end date announced at that time.
• Fair Play: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant using automated bots, click farms, or misleading advertising to manipulate results.
• Prize Delivery: Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted for a cash equivalent at the Company’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The BenefitX logo, AI algorithms, and platform code are the property of M53 Tech Labs FZC.
• User Content: By creating a Curator Page, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your curated lists and profile information for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, M53 Tech Labs FZC shall not be liable for:

• Product defects, shipping delays, or refunds related to items purchased via our links.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content in your Curator descriptions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI discovery algorithms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sharjah.
